We welcome all sizes of recreational vehicles, including Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. Our spacious, flat 50×30′ sites can accommodate even the largest RVs.
Every site features full hook-ups, including water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electric service.
Yes, high-speed fiber internet is available at every site for your convenience and connectivity needs (additional fee may apply).
Absolutely. Each site is fully enclosed, private, and gated, providing a secure and exclusive experience for our residents.
Each site includes two dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles.
Yes, NorthStar RV is designed for long-term residents and welcomes extended stays.
Yes, pets are welcome! We ask that you keep them leashed and clean up after them at all times.
Quiet hours are typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Yes, a few standard fees may apply to ensure a smooth and secure stay. These may include:
- Screening Fee: $20–$40
- Monthly License Fee: $597 (Includes up to 5 persons, with a max of 3 adults per site)
- Monthly Pet Fee: $35
- Late Fee: $25 per day after a 3-day grace period
- Prepaid Electrical Deposit: $100 (Refundable and applied to your first month’s usage. Also reserves your site before move-in.)
- Lost Key Fee (Mailbox or Site Gate): $40
